Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and strategic Finance and Legal Procurement Category Manager to join our Global Procurement team . In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing how Iron Mountain procures goods and services for Finance and Legal functions, driving cost reductions, and fostering high-performance supplier partnerships . You will join a forward-thinking team dedicated to functional transformation, data-driven decision-making, and organizational excellence. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Lead Strategic Sourcing Execution: Independently manage the end-to-end sourcing process—including market research, competitive bidding, and contract negotiation—to deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiency . Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Act as the primary procurement partner for Finance and Legal teams to ensure all sourcing activities align with global category strategies and specific department deadlines . Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor supplier performance against Key Performance Indicators and ensure all activities comply with global risk frameworks and corporate standards, including Supplier Diversity goals . What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 3–5 years of progressive procurement experience in a large corporate environment, specifically managing complex service contracts . Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing lifecycles and technical proficiency in Electronic Sourcing tools such as Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Ariba or Coupa . Proven ability in spend analysis and stakeholder management, with the capacity to interpret financial data to build compelling business cases . A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance; a professional certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is highly encouraged .
