Finance Analyst II - FPA

Position Purpose: • Compile and analyze financial information for the company. • Serve as a finance business partner to operations leaders by translating financial and operational data into actionable insights that support performance, cost management, and strategic decision-making • Improve financial visibility and decision support through enhanced reporting, modeling, and process improvements In this Finance Analyst II role, you will: • Partner with operational stakeholders to understand business drivers, explain financial results, and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency • Identify process improvement opportunities within financial reporting and forecasting to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability • Assist Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately • Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management • Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with all policies and standards Why this role is appealing: Candidates will see a direct connection between their work and real-world outcomes in healthcare, supporting teams that deliver essential services to members. Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience. Location: Applicants for this role have the flexibility to work remotely from home anywhere within the continental United States. Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
