Position Purpose: With the Superior Health Plan Accounting team in Texas, you will compile and analyze financial information for the company.
• Contributes to developing integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately
• Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
• Handles high level financial analysis
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
Preferred Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including complex formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling support
• Demonstrated experience working with large‑scale financial data sets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to senior leadership and non‑financial partners
• Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accuracy with minimal oversight
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality work under tight reporting deadlines
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience.
Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year
