Finance Analyst - Fully Remote

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 Annually
Pay is based on numerous factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Position Overview: Support the Project Controls team by handling operational tasks and reporting responsibilities.
• Duties/Responsibilities:
• Process and review expense reports
• Manage workforce job codes and assignments
• Maintain and update rate trackers
• Bonus calculations and trackers
• Assist with month-end financial coding and reconciliation tasks
• Prepare and distribute monthly finance performance and results reports
• Support billing preparation through timesheet and labor hour validation
• Required Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:
• Must have at least 1 - 3 years of experience in finance or project accounting.
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Good work ethic
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:
• A bachelor's degree is desired
• Costpoint Project Accounting Experience is preferred
