Job Title Finance Administrator Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Finance Administrator to provide accounting and financial administrative support across multiple projects and divisions. This role focuses on: • Accounts payable processing • Cost coding • Vendor coordination • Maintaining accurate financial documentation The Finance Administrator collaborates with the CFO, Project Managers, and office leadership to ensure timely payments, organized records, and reliable job cost reporting. Additionally, this position supports general office administrative needs to help maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Full-time position Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Remote Responsibilities • Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and on time • Code invoices to the correct projects and cost codes • Verify invoice approvals and supporting documentation • Assist with subcontractor pay application processing • Maintain organized digital and physical invoice records • Support monthly accounts payable reconciliations • Assist the finance team with reporting preparation • Support job cost tracking and project financial documentation • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project financial records • Assist with lien releases and compliance documentation • Support internal audits and financial review processes • Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payment status • Answer incoming finance-related calls • Coordinate mail processing and document distribution • Maintain organized records for contracts and financial documents • Provide general office administrative support as needed Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable or accounting support experience • Experience in the construction industry or related sectors is strongly preferred • Familiarity with cost coding and job cost accounting preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote Job Title Finance Administrator Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Finance Administrator to provide accounting and financial administrative support across multiple projects and divisions.
