Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Filipino AppFolio Bookkeeper and Property Manager. The role includes managing financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and maintaining compliance using AppFolio property management software. Daily tasks also involve completing bookkeeping tasks, recording journal entries, monitoring property financials, and providing financial insights to guide informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to ensure efficient management of property operations and financial health.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Bookkeeping, preparing Financial Statements, and making Journal Entries
• Experience with Accounting Software, including AppFolio or similar property management systems
• Solid understanding of Finance and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data
• Strong communication and client management skills for property management tasks
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Prior experience in property management or real estate industry is an advantage
