Job Summary:

Murphy Business & Financial Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team. The File Clerk will be responsible for organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring efficient document retrieval, and supporting the administrative team with various tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Sort and file documents according to established filing systems
• Scan and upload documents into electronic filing systems
• Retrieve files as needed for staff members and clients
• Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
