Figma Designer — E-commerce Product Image Templates (Immediate Start)
We're AmericUrn, a small family-owned memorial urn business based in Richmond, Virginia. We're looking for a strong Figma designer to improve our Shopify product image templates — and ideally grow with us long-term.
A quick note on our setup: we build our product images in Figma rather than Photoshop. We know that's unconventional, but it's intentional. We're a young brand growing fast, and we need to stay agile — our Figma system lets us launch a full new product, or re-export improved images across our entire range, in a single day. We need a designer who gets that and is comfortable working this way.
The system auto-generates our additional product images (the slides after the main product photo). When we add a new design, we swap a few images, change one color, and export — all slides update automatically. We're also attaching a sample of the current image set for reference.
This posting is for Stage 1 only: improve the existing templates — better visuals, typography, spacing, and imagery — without breaking the automation. This is a focused task and we'd expect it wrapped up within a couple of days of starting.
If Stage 1 goes well, we'll discuss a full creative overhaul (Stage 2) immediately after.
We're aiming to finalise someone by EOD Tuesday 5th May (EST), so please apply promptly.
