This role is hands‑on and customer‑facing, requiring strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The technician works closely with engineering and sales teams to execute service plans, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.Key Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDAbility to work safely in industrial environments, including exposure to heat, cold, and noiseAbility to lift up to 50 lbsStrong mechanical and electrical aptitudeAbility to interpret data and adjust system settings to maintain optimal performanceProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilitiesSelf‑motivated with a strong work ethicHigh level of safety awareness and adherence to safety proceduresReliable, positive, and team‑orientedMajor Responsibilities:Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed and monitoring equipmentManage onsite product inventory and safely transfer chemical products as neededPerform routine testing and monitoring of treatment programsIdentify issues or opportunities and communicate them to the sales or engineering teamProvide minor onsite customer support and relay customer concerns to internal teamsAdjust chemical feed rates to ensure optimal system performanceMaintain knowledge of spare parts and order replacements when neededMaintain a clean and organized equipment area and follow customer housekeeping standardsComplete and maintain all required safety training for both Solenis and customer sitesWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
