Job Description: We're looking for a hands-on, technically skilled Field Service Representative to support the deployment, integration, and sustainment of advanced commercial communications and emerging technologies in mission-critical environments. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you'll serve on the front lines, directly supporting end users and ensuring systems perform reliably under the most demanding tactical conditions. This role puts you at the intersection of technology and mission execution, enabling customers to fully leverage innovative communication tools in dynamic, often austere environments. About the Role This position is focused on OCONUS deployments across multiple areas of responsibility worldwide, supporting global operations for Ridgeline customers. Deployment rotations typically range between 70 and 90 days, with FSRs expected to deploy approximately 200 to 240 days annually. This is a high-tempo role built for professionals who thrive in the field. What You'll Do Deploy to domestic and OCONUS locations to support field operations across the globe Maintain accurate inventory of technical systems and perform regular preventative maintenance Identify, isolate, and resolve malfunctions using specialized diagnostic tools and established procedures Support system acceptance testing and validate performance criteria in operational environments Replace defective components and escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed Interface directly with customers to support operational readiness and deliver technical guidance Flex to meet mission needs, including additional duties as assigned What You'll Accomplish in Your First 6 Months During your first six weeks, you'll onboard at our home office in Tysons, VA, working through our structured training curriculum to build proficiency and hands-on experience with Ridgeline technology before heading into OCONUS operations Rapidly develop working knowledge of supported technologies and deployment environments Build a strong understanding of the customer's mission set and how supported systems align to their objectives Successfully support troubleshooting efforts in the field with minimal supervision Establish yourself as a credible, reliable technical asset that customers and teammates count on Qualifications: Must Haves: Active Top Secret clearance required at a minimum. Prior experience supporting tactical communications, networked situational awareness, or commercial communications systems. Technical training equivalent to 2 years of trade school or military technical school. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field service or technical support role. Nice to haves: Fluent Spanish Language Prior experience as a System Administrator or supporting mobile device platforms in operational settings. Familiarity with configuring and managing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) communication tools.
