Field Service Engineer (Vietnam)

We are looking for an exceptional Field Service Engineer who can… Conduct on site system installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Assist customers to use ESI equipment smoothly. Preliminary contact for all of customers’ system problems. Provide professional service to achieve the best customer satisfaction & loyalty. Effectively implement daily service task by following the defined process and follow up till it is closed. What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity and creativity is: At least 2 years of flex PCB or Laser hardware service experiences Minimum Bachelor in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering The flexibility to travel domestically & internationally Good communication skill, customer oriented, able to prioritize and follow through tasks, work under pressure, able to work flexible hours and overtime if required Ability to communicate and write technical reports in English #LI-DNI Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
