Field Service Engineer - Philadelphia

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and support of Beckman Coulter products, while fostering relationships and addressing customer needs. Responsibilities Service Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility Cultivate customer relationships and support commercial initiatives Drive a sense of urgency to ensure the customer needs are addressed promptly with an emphasis on a “first time fix” through the problem-solving process Skills Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life science or equivalent military experience 1+ year experience problem solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting challenges with instrumentation using a variety of methods Overnight travel 10% - 50% Ability to commute onsite to customer facilities within assigned territory Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to occasionally lift, lower and move up to 50 lbs.
