We are an innovative pioneer in the fields of ventilators, automated pipetting, sample management and in the development of process sensors.At our site in Sweden , we sell state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in the biopharmaceutical, chemical and brewery industry, as well as pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical and food industry through to cell and DNA research.How you can make a difference:Take responsibility for specific customers and key accountsRespond to and coordinate centrally received customer e-mails and calls in good timePerform independent time and resource planning within responsible areaEnsure competent resolution of technical challengesManage the effective flow of information both externally and internallyInvestigate and independently assess customer complaints in an economic and sustainable manner and ensure timely, customer-oriented and technically sound feedback to customersSupport coaching and training of internal Field Service EngineersLead projects and supervise Technical Support projects within field organizationThat’s what you bring along:Technical background in mechanics, electronics, software or mechatronics with appropriate education Relevant experience from a similar field based position within MedTech, BioTech, the Aviation or Process industry or similar Interest and experience of IT environments Excellent communication skills in at least one Nordic language Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing Generally good IT skills Valid driver’s license for car Valid passport Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton at jobs.hamilton.ch.Do you share our values and feel at home in a cooperative and down-to-earth environment?
