About the Role We are looking for a Feld Sales Associate to join our Medical Product Division Sales Team. In this role, you will be accountable for meeting or exceeding the sales forecast in specific geographic area. This is a remote postion, and you can work from home in Urumchi, China where you can fulfill the duties of your role.Responsibilities Develop profitable sales opportuntes, proactively make sales callsDevelop new business to align wih Gore business needsEnsure the KOL maragement market data collection, etc.., are effective, build, maintain and defend long-term customer relationshipsEnsure the cooperation with other product specialists are eactive and constructive,to achieve team goals and objectivesImplement value pricing principle, be a value seller, skilled in the use of premise-based forecasting techniquesImplement Gore's product strategy understand the needs of the customer
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in medical or medicineProven sales background, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the medical devices sales area Clinical background in interventional areas or sales experience to this environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills A high level of self- motivation and passion, ensuring the ability to work under minimal supervisionCommercial acumen. high integrity and capableAbility to work in or demonstrate an understanding of the imperatives of a business environmentAbility to travel extensively up 60% and attend veekend canferences as required
