Field Operations Associate - 1st Shift - Start Rate $26/hr

About the position

Responsibilities
• Account for all materials and supplies in the stores' facilities.
• Audit goods received into the warehouse.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.
• Process incoming orders for materials, merchandise, or services.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Examine and inspect stock items for damage, defects, or shortages, reporting any damage to supervisors.
• Prepare product for scheduled surgeries.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays.
• Interact with the team during service level investigations.
• Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product errors.
• Use computers to maintain accurate account records and shipment of inventory.
• Review overdue shipment returns and partner with dispatcher to schedule the return.
• Assist in FQMS compliance, and support management in preparation for branch audits.
• Train on different product lines in preparation for on-call responsibilities.

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment - required.
• Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding and fast-paced environment - preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent - required.
• Associates degree - preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend and evening on-call as needed - required.
• Participate in on-call rotation schedule - required.
• Valid Driver's license with good driving record - required.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs - required.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience in a medical technology or healthcare environment - preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
