Field Nurse Case Manager

We are growing and looking for Field Case Managers to join our team. Prefer to have RNs with experience in Workers' Compensation, but training opportunities are available for motivated Registered Nurses with appropriate clinical experience. This position requires the candidate to possess a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license, and certification is preferred in one of the following: CCM, COHN, CDMS, or CRRN.

- On the road locally with travel to surrounding cities.
Travel varies and will occasionally average 2-3 hours one-way.
