About the Role:

Databricks is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist I to drive scalable, high-impact marketing programs across the Americas region. Reporting to the Sr. Group Manager of Programs, Americas Field Marketing, you will independently own the execution of repeatable programs that generate pipeline, engage audiences, and enable regional teams to perform efficiently. This role is ideal for a metrics-driven professional with extensive experience in field marketing, capable of managing end-to-end program execution while creating frameworks for repeatable success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and execute foundational programs that drive lead generation and improve pipeline efficiency across the Americas.
• Develop and roll out repeatable “program kits” that include guidance and deliverables for consistent high-impact execution.
• Centralize and streamline Pan-Americas programs, optimize workflows based on stakeholder feedback, and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Facilitate effective meetings, hold partners accountable for deliverables, and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders.
• Tailor program experiences and messaging for both practitioner and executive audiences to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Independently build enablement assets and manage complex deliverables from planning through post-execution.
• Communicate effectively across peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure global and regional program alignment.

Requirements:
• 7+ years managing events, with 5+ years in field marketing.
• Experience executing a diverse mix of field programs: in-person events (150-3000 attendees), hands-on training, webinars, email campaigns, contact acquisition, and direct mail.
• Proven ability to build new event programs from scratch, including documentation and cross-functional enablement.
• Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on tying activities to strategic outcomes.
• Familiarity with BI tools, SFDC, Asana, Swoogo, and Marketo is a plus.
• Experience in B2B enterprise software environments preferred.
