As Field Marketing Specialist, EMEA, you will play a hands-on role in executing high-impact marketing programs that drive demand and accelerate pipeline. You’ll support a range of field marketing activities, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional in-person and virtual events that engage customers, prospects, and partners. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn by doing. What you will be responsible for: Plan and execute a wide variety of field marketing programs including trade shows, hosted events, webinars, sponsorships, and community initiatives. Own end-to-end event execution, including logistics, partner collaboration, onsite presence, lead capture, and post-event reporting. Track and analyse event performance, measuring contribution to pipeline and ROI. Maintain GTM documentation, calendars, and SharePoint resources to ensure visibility across sales and marketing stakeholders. Align closely with Business Development Reps (BDRs) to drive attendance, follow-up, and conversion from field programs. Partner with Sales to deliver customer- and prospect-focused programs that support regional franchise and territory plans. Collaborate with central marketing teams (campaigns, demand, digital) to localize and activate global programs. Maintain accurate campaign and contact records in Salesforce (SFDC), supporting data integrity and performance tracking. Support budget tracking and vendor management for all regional field marketing programs.
