Field Marketing Representative - Healthcare

The Field Marketing Representative plays a key role in driving engagement, brand awareness, and digital growth for 5.11's Healthcare division. This role is responsible for building authentic connections with hospitals, EMT/EMS teams, healthcare centers, influencers, and local communities to support sell-through and long-term brand affinity.

Blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution, the Field Marketing Representative leads localized marketing initiatives across events, account activations, influencer partnerships, and content creation, bringing 5.11’s products to life within the healthcare community.

What You'll Do:

Sales & Revenue Responsibility
β€’ Responsible for achieving assigned sales and revenue goals within territory
β€’ Drive new account acquisition and growth of existing accounts
β€’ Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM accuracy

Event & Community Marketing
β€’ Plan, organize, and execute in-store, on-premise, and community events that engage healthcare professionals and strategic partners.
β€’ Develop and execute localized B2B marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and account growth.
β€’ Create compelling marketing assets including case studies, product presentations, newsletters, social content, and sales collateral.
β€’ Analyze campaign performance and optimize tactics using data-driven insights.
β€’ Maintain a strong feedback loop with sales teams to identify trends, surface new account opportunities, and improve sell-through.
β€’ Ensure thorough communication, documentation, and reporting within CRM systems.

Content Development & Social Media:
β€’ Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to identify, manage, and grow partnerships with healthcare influencers, groups, and key personalities.
β€’ Align content development with seasonal marketing plans and brand guidelines.
β€’ Support performance marketing initiatives across email, social, and digital channels as needed.
β€’ Leverage analytics and audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness and generate qualified leads.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
β€’ Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment with KPIs, budgets, and revenue goals.
β€’ Continuously test and refine field marketing strategies to improve account performance and sell-through.
β€’ Develop and maintain expert knowledge of 5.11 products as well as competitive offerings.

What You Bring:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
β€’ 3-5 years of professional experience with strong competency using marketing, sales, and CRM tools.
β€’ Proven ability to forecast accurately and manage high-volume accounts with a high-touch customer service approach.
β€’ Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools (Power BI experience a plus).
β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
β€’ Strong networking skills with a track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
β€’ Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% for regional and national opportunities.

Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000 annually plus bonus based on experience
