Field Marketing Manager – Commercial
Job Description:
• Developing and executing marketing strategies across prioritized accounts for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many program with some account-based marketing support.
• Aligning marketing initiatives with sales and account plans to support pipeline goals across the buyer journey.
• Participating in ongoing planning and review sessions to refine account targeting, insights, and messaging.
• Building integrated campaigns across digital, email, paid media, events, and sales outreach.
• Collaborating with Event Management on logistics, promotions, and lead capture for executive events and webinars.
• Working with Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) to accelerate lead progression and ensure timely follow-up.
• Evaluating campaign performance and reporting on account engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI.
• Tailoring messaging, content, and campaigns to targeted personas, challenges, and trends.
• Creating industry-specific assets such as case studies, solution briefs, and thought leadership.
• Managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and analytics to support continuous improvement.
• Using dashboards and reporting tools to measure KPIs and track program success.
Requirements:
• Demonstrate 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years focused on demand generation and ABM
• Deliver proven results building and executing programs for enterprise accounts.
• Execute multi-channel marketing programs across digital, email, paid media, and events.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support account-based strategies.
• Use CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, PowerBI)
• Communicate clearly with strong organizational, cross-functional, and project-management skills.
• Operate effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Embrace innovative and test-based approaches for continuous improvement.
• Bring industry experience in manufacturing (strongly preferred).
