Didero helps by automating time-intensive workflows with AI agents, deploying cutting-edge technology into one of the world’s most vital domains.We’re backed by some of the world’s best venture funds and leading figures across AI, supply chain, and enterprise software.About the roleAs a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll own and build Didero’s field marketing engine from the ground up—driving pipeline through high-impact events and experiences. You’ll work closely with Sales, GTM leadership, and founders to plan and execute everything from executive dinners to large-scale conferences, ensuring every activation directly ties to revenue. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, turning real-world interactions into meaningful customer relationships and pipeline.You’ll join a team of builders, learners, and believers, guided by values that shape how we work and how we build.Field marketing is Didero’s growth engine. Exec dinners, industry conferences, intimate roundtables, product showcases, customer summits - these are where enterprise deals start and relationships compound. We need someone who can own this function end-to-end: owning the events pipeline, executing flawlessly in the field, and closing the loop with follow-up motions that convert attendance into pipeline.This is not a coordinator role. This is a builder role. You think like a growth marketer, operate with extreme ownership, and treat every touchpoint - from the pre-event outreach sequence to the name badge font - as if it’s the difference between a deal and a miss. Because at our stage, it often is.Importantly, this is not a 9 to 5. To be successful, you must be willing to grind. As a fast growing AI startup, urgency is high, and every team member is expected to go above and beyond every day.What You’ll DoOwn the full field marketing calendar—identifying, prioritizing, and executing the right mix of conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, and partner eventsDevelop and execute account-based field programs aligned to ICP accounts, pipeline stages, and revenue goalsManage event logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, catering, A/V, signage, swag, travel, and on-site executionDesign and run pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up motions that convert attendees into qualified pipelinePartner closely with Sales to ensure strong pre-event prospecting, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-upTrack and report on performance: registrations, attendance, meetings booked, SQLs, pipeline influenced, and revenue attributionManage budgets, vendor relationships, and swag inventory while maximizing ROITravel to support on-site execution across conferences, customer events, and partner activationsContinuously test and innovate on event formats and experiences to make Didero stand outYou’ll be successful in this role if you…Think like a growth marketer and tie every event and interaction back to pipeline and revenueThrive in ambiguity and love building from zero—you’re excited to define what “great” looks likeHave extreme ownership and urgency—you don’t wait for direction, you make things happenAre highly detail-oriented and operationally strong—nothing slips through the cracksEnjoy being in the field and building relationships with customers, partners, and prospectsThe AI-Native RequirementWe’re an AI company and we expect you to work like one. This means:You use AI tools daily and aggressively: Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, automation platforms, whatever gives you leverage. You’re not dabbling; you’re building workflows and content.You can do the work of a team of three because you’ve figured out how to offload the repetitive stuff to AI and focus your human judgment where it matters.You’re constantly experimenting with new tools, hacks, and shortcuts. When you find something that works, you document it and share it with the team.If we describe a problem, your instinct is to ask “can I automate this?” before “can I hire for this?”Qualifications4 to 6 years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI. You’ve done both volume and variety, not just one annual conference, but a full portfolio of formats running in parallel.Proven track record generating qualified pipeline from field activity, with measurable impact on SQLs and revenue - not just impressions and badge scans.Experience across the full event spectrum: large-scale industry conferences, intimate executive dinners, hosted roundtables, trade show activations, webinars, and customer events.Strong project management and organizational skills. You can manage multiple complex programs simultaneously without letting anything slip. You have a system, and it works.Experience with CRM and event marketing tools to track event performance and attribution from registration through closed revenue.Extreme ownership and urgency. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a problem, you fix it. You see an opportunity, you run with it.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adapt in ambiguous situations. Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.Strong cross-functional presence.
