Accountabilities

• Evaluate event opportunities and provide recommendations on time, effort, and budget allocation.
• Manage event budgets, vendors, contracts, production logistics, and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, DevRel, Design, Ops, Finance, Legal) to align objectives and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Oversee attendee experience, including booth setup, demos, staffing prep, and branding details.
• Support event promotion, registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with Operations.
• Track and analyze event performance, contributing to reporting, process improvements, and the development of repeatable playbooks.

Requirements
• 4–7+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end event execution with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, lean, remote, and asynchronous work environments.
• Highly organized, execution-focused, and analytical, using metrics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.

Benefits
• Fully remote work with flexibility to manage your own schedule and location.
• ESOP (equity ownership) to share in the company’s growth.
• Tech allowance to set up an ideal remote workspace (laptop, monitor, headphones, etc.).
• Health insurance coverage for employees and dependents.
• Annual company off-sites to foster team connection, collaboration, and learning.
• Annual professional development allowance for courses, books, conferences, and other growth opportunities.
• Collaborative and supportive remote-first team culture.
