Field Marketing Associate

They are seeking a detail-driven Field Marketing Associate to support event operations, manage logistics, and collaborate across teams to enhance attendee experiences and operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage event logistics from planning through execution, coordinating vendors, shipping, asset needs, materials, and swag for in-person and virtual events Track timelines and deliverables to ensure all event components, including assets, shipments, staging, swag, and documentation, are completed accurately and on schedule Collaborate across teams to streamline efforts, ensure alignment, and drive seamless execution of event initiatives Manage all event-related contracts, purchase orders, and payments, ensuring timely processing, compliance with procurement guidelines, and accurate tracking across all shows Maintain organized event documentation, including inventory lists, run-of-show guides, shared drive folders, post-event summaries, and operational workflows Track attendee engagement, lead capture, post event budget reconciliation and session performance using tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and event platforms, and assist with reporting to measure success against KPIs Coordinate internal communications, including event calendars, prep docs, stakeholder briefings, and timeline updates to ensure alignment across teams Skills Exceptional organizational skills Detail-driven mindset Experience managing event logistics from planning through execution Ability to coordinate vendors, shipping, asset needs, materials, and swag for in-person and virtual events Strong collaboration skills across teams Experience managing event-related contracts, purchase orders, and payments Ability to maintain organized event documentation Experience tracking attendee engagement, lead capture, post-event budget reconciliation, and session performance using tools such as Salesforce and Marketo Strong internal communication skills, including managing event calendars and stakeholder briefings Benefits Reimbursement for relevant conferences, training, and education Access to LinkedIn Learning's 10,000+ courses Employee Assistance Program Local Employee Meetups Flexible time off policy Bonus in addition to base salary Equity compensation to eligible employees Equity grants upon hire Option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program Company Overview DigitalOcean provides a cloud platform to deploy, manage, and scale applications of any size.
