With a deep commitment to innovation, service, and customer satisfaction, they're bringing their repair and diagnostics operations in-house and they're looking for a Field Engineer who’s ready to lead the charge.

This is more than a service tech role, it’s an opportunity to represent an iconic brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
You'll work remotely from your home base in South Jersey (or North PA), managing repair calls.
Your primary mission: resolve fitness equipment service requests efficiently, professionally, and with minimal downtime for both commercial and residential customers.

Key responsibilities include:
• Diagnosing and repairing fitness equipment at clubs, corporate wellness centers, hotels, hospitals, and private residences
• Managing parts inventory and field service documentation with precision
• Performing root cause analyses and providing technical education to customers
• Routing and prioritizing work orders based on territory and need
• Participating in product feedback loops and escalating complex issues as needed
• Ensuring all vehicle, tool, and safety protocols are followed per company standards

What You Bring
This role is ideal for experienced technicians who value autonomy, customer service, and the chance to represent a premium brand.
• 3–5 years in field service, preferably with fitness equipment
• Mechanical/electronic engineering skills and hands-on troubleshooting experience
• A diploma or degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or similar
• Familiarity with IT networking and mobile service tools
• Strong communication, transparency, and teamwork mindset
• Prior experience with repair ticketing and service order systems

What to Expect
• Fully remote with 15–25% regional travel (plus occasional trips to HQ in NJ)
• Provided: van, tools, laptop, iPad, phone, and parts
• Virtual onboarding and field ride-alongs during training
