What it’s like to be a Northbridge Field Claims Adjuster As a Field Adjuster, you play a key role in delivering timely, professional and customer-focused claims service. You are in the field, meeting with our clients in-person to investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle moderate and complex commercial property claims. Our Field Claims Field Representatives are open-minded, understanding, and passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our clients and delivering excellent customer service. We want your talent! If you are great at: Completing on site and/or virtual inspections of personal and commercial claims Capturing the scope of damages and writing repair estimates to settle claims Reconciling vendor estimates to ensure price and scope is appropriate Reviewing, policies and technical reports Making decisions on coverage, and negotiating settlements of claims Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule Providing a great Customer experience And you have: Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related Working towards the CIP designation A minimum of 3 years of property claims adjusting experience A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record Ability to work after hours and weekends during the scheduled on-call rotation Availability to travel as needed Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Vendors We really mean it when we say we put you first. The base salary range for this role is $66,000 - $98,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
