Success in this role requires a bachelor's degree, strong communication, organization, and a proactive mindset, along with a background, of at least 1 year in risk management, insurance, or a related field. Knowledge of credit, wholesale floor planning, and financial operations is a plus.
In this role, you will conduct wholesale inventory and cash audits, verify inventory, report discrepancies, and support financial accuracy across dealer operations. You’ll also serve as a trusted advisor, educating dealers on policies and procedures, leading training sessions, and acting as the first point of contact for questions and issue resolution. Your work will be key in maintaining compliance, strengthening relationships, and driving dealer loyalty.
We offer competitive market-based compensation with an annual salary range of $$72,800 to $109,200 (based on experience) along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee wellbeing.
