Provide technical expertise and support to customers in the field of semiconductor technology.
Work closely with product development teams to understand and stay up-to-date on new products and features.
Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our products.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges faced by customers.
Conduct field visits and participate in trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide timely and accurate reports to management on customer interactions, market trends, and product performance.
