South Jersey Fertility, an Axia Women’s Health care center, is a dynamic, supportive, and technologically advanced fertility practice. We are seeking a highly-motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our close-knit team of reproductive specialists in Marlton, NJ with satellite locations in Sewell and Egg Harbor Twp., NJ.

The Nurse Practitioner plays a key role in providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients undergoing fertility evaluation and treatment. You will collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver seamless, supportive care throughout the patient journey.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week). Includes some phone call coverage on nights and weekends (rotating).

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform fertility-focused ultrasounds, including monitoring for ovulation induction, IVF, and embryo transfer preparation.
• Perform intrauterine inseminations (IUIs).
• Conduct complete patient histories and physical exams, including pelvic exams, cultures, uterine sounding, and endometrial biopsies.
• Conduct Fertility Consults via Telemedicine with patients and partners.
• Provide IVF medication instruction and counseling, including dosage, schedule, and administration.
• Educate and counsel patients on general women’s health and reproductive options.
• Manage donor cycles, including medical histories, physicals, ultrasounds, and labs.
• Monitor and follow up on ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS).
• Coordinate and assist with treatment cycle planning.
• Review lab data and prescribe medications according to established protocols.
• Triage patient phone calls and provide on-call support as needed.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Collaborate with physicians, embryologists, financial counselors, lab staff, and administrative team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Support billing and coding documentation as appropriate.
• Serve as a clinical resource for support staff.

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
