Fellowship Associate (US-based)

Activate Global empowers scientists and engineers to bring their research to market through the Activate Fellowship. The Fellowship Associate plays a vital role in supporting the community by coordinating events, managing data, and assisting with fellow onboarding and communications. Responsibilities Coordinate and support events: Coordinate and execute the Activate Anywhere Community’s virtual and in-person activities, including bi-weekly virtual programming, quarterly in-person trips, meetings between visitors and fellows, and social events Data and calendar management: Keep accurate fellowship records and support the national Fellowship Team in managing fellow data. Manage Boston’s community calendar and the Managing Director's individual calendar Project Coordination: Support cross-functional projects. For example, scheduling and coordinating Fellow selection and onboarding Process improvement: Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement by analyzing your own work and learning from colleagues Reporting and communications: Support reporting to funders/partners and communications with external stakeholders Skills Coordinate and support events: Coordinate and execute the Activate Anywhere Community's virtual and in-person activities, including bi-weekly virtual programming, quarterly in-person trips, meetings between visitors and fellows, and social events Data and calendar management: Keep accurate fellowship records and support the national Fellowship Team in managing fellow data.
