Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry clerk, preferably in a logistics or shipping environment
Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately and efficiently in our systems
Verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Assist with data clean-up and ensure data integrity
Communicate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Educational Qualifications
