Dynamic solutions are the foundation of CEIA USA's commitment to customer satisfaction. www.ceia-usa.com Essential Responsibilities: This position plans, coordinates, and executes sales activities for assigned accounts to maximize equipment sales and customer satisfaction. Manage the entire technical sale process from prospecting to delivering an installed solution, cultivating references and following up on leads. Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and manage the sales process from prospecting through installation and follow up. Prepare and submit quotes, and support issue resolution through company CRM and systems. Manage and grow assigned customer accounts and select distributor relationships. Plan and organize daily activities to service accounts, obtain orders, and call on existing or potential sales within assigned customer accounts. Interacts with customer by informing client of product, offerings, pricing, and order status. Collaborate with Contracts Department on contract issuance, service agreements and service delivery process. Maintain strong professional and technical knowledge of product. Responsible for managing key accounts and limited distributors. Provide administrative support, including handling rollover calls and completing internal documentation as needed. Requirements Required Qualifications Three (3) or more years of technical B2B and B2G sale’s experience is required. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related field; or equivalent experience. Working knowledge: Industry experience with Walkthrough Metal Detectors (WTMD), OPENGATE, Ferromagnetic Detectors and Hand Wands. General knowledge: Understand active detection vs passive detection. Technical knowledge: What model of detector is applicable to general security, high security and focused security (electronic detection, flammable liquid detection etc.) Working Conditions This job operates in a split environment that could be as much as 50% travel and 50% office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required by this position that include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Travel may be required up to 50% of the time. Must be available to meet with clients both domestically and internationally. Overnight travel is required.
