Develop and implement strategic plans to promote and sell webMethods and StreamSets products to federal clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the federal sector to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our products.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and competitive landscape.
Utilize your technical expertise in webMethods and StreamSets to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to drive successful product launches and promotions.
Generate leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
Act as a subject matter expert on webMethods and StreamSets, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and build brand awareness.
Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization.
Continuously seek out new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
Train and mentor junior sales team members to ensure their success in selling webMethods and StreamSets products.
Represent IBM in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.
