Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)What You’ll Do:Designing, developing, recommending, and measuring effective learning solutions that focus on leadership, management, and team development, including: Conducts needs assessments with the business to enhance performance of employee's and team effectiveness;
Promoting collaboration, partnership, and relationship with the business during the design. Designs, develops, and recommends curriculum, programs, or solutions that meet the needs of the business;
Understanding the characteristics of the business environment in the design.
Using a variety of contemporary techniques for determining instructional content, including but not limited to, collaboration, communities, social media, curation, expert shares;
Establishing strong evaluation standards, measuring solutions against their desired impact Grows and develops in the Instructional Design field through ongoing self-development.
RequirementsExperience:· 7 years of experience.Skills:Proficiency in English (Interview in English)
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technical Communications
Video or Mircro Learning Development - Entry Level
Consulting and Influencing – Advanced
