Base Pay Range $60.00/hr – $110.00/hr Position Fashion Designer Type Hourly contract Compensation $60–$110 per hour Location Remote Commitment ~15 hours/week Role Responsibilities • Design and evaluate occupation‑specific questions and creative scenarios based on real‑world fashion design workflows. • Apply professional judgment to assess garment construction, materials, pattern‑making, and design feasibility. • Contribute expertise across apparel design, textiles, trend analysis, and production considerations. • Review and refine prompts to ensure stylistic accuracy, industry relevance, and alignment with professional fashion standards. • Collaborate with research teams to improve datasets used for training and evaluating advanced AI systems. Requirements • Strong experience working as a Fashion Designer in professional or academic settings. • Deep understanding of fashion design processes, materials, fit, and visual aesthetics. • Ability to critically evaluate design outputs for creativity, practicality, and market relevance. • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous research environment.
