Requirements
ā¢ Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
ā¢ Life License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
ā¢ Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
ā¢ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
ā¢ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
ā¢ Ability to work independently while staying accountable
ā¢ Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
ā¢ Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
ā¢ Build and maintain strong client relationships
ā¢ Quote and sell auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products
ā¢ Follow up with prospects and existing clients consistently
ā¢ Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
ā¢ Educate clients on coverage options and provide tailored solutions
ā¢ Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity
