Responsibilities
Ā Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the agency and achieve sales goals
Ā Provide exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to clients
Ā Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and the local community
Ā Promote Farmers Insurance products and services through various marketing efforts
Ā Recruit, train, and oversee staff to support agency growth
Ā Oversee agency operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service
Ā Collaborate with other agents to share best practices and drive overall success
Requirements
Ā Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
Ā Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ā Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Ā Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred, but not required
Ā Ability to lead a team and delegate responsibilities effectively
Ā Must be licensed to sell insurance in Illinois or willing to obtain necessary licenses
