Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant to join our innovative healthcare team. This fully remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow with our expanding business. As a key member of our team, you will provide virtual care, manage patient health concerns, and deliver exceptional concierge healthcare services to our clients.
Minimum Requirements
Active and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina.
3+ years of clinical experience as an FNP/PA, with experience in Telehealth or virtual care preferred.
Current DEA Certification.
Proficiency in using Telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and manage a remote practice environment.
Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
Essential Job Duties
The ideal candidate is capable, motivated, and willing to learn and grow as the position evolves. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you must be able to:
Conduct virtual consultations with patients, assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of acute and chronic conditions.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, emphasizing preventative care and holistic wellness.
Urgent Care / Primary Care experience preferred

Provide patient education, counseling, and support for managing health conditions and promoting healthier lifestyles.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
Utilize Athenahealth EMR systems efficiently for patient management.
Supervise and collaborate with Registered Nurses in managing all aspects of patients health.
