The role involves managing a wide range of legal matters involving domestic relations, with responsibilities including client interaction, legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiation. Responsibilities Client Interaction and Case Intake Legal Research and Case Analysis Drafting and Filing Legal Documents Negotiation and Settlement Skills Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona Strong courtroom presence and confidence in client interactions Ability to clearly communicate your skills and value to potential clients Minimum 1 year of Family Law experience (more preferred) Benefits Monthly pre-tax contribution to your own health, dental, vision insurance; Monthly pre-tax contribution to your own cell phone for work use; Paid holidays match Court Holidays, and others at firm discretion.
