Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Tyson Foods facilities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategic plans for facility operations to meet company goals and objectives.
Coordinate and manage facility maintenance and repair activities to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Monitor and control facility budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure smooth functioning of operations and timely completion of projects.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any potential issues.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
Manage and supervise facility staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to enhance facility operations and efficiency.
Prepare and present regular reports on facility operations, budget, and performance to senior management.
