Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Position Responsibilities
ย Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.
ย Maintain electrical lighting, HVAC and generator systems.
ย Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
ย Inspect and test fire protection systems.
ย Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
ย Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.
Minimum Requirements
ย High school diploma or equivalent.
ย 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or carpentry.
ย Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner.
ย Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs.
ย A valid driver's license.
