Facebook/Instagram Ads Expert Needed ASAP - Immediate Launch for Branding & Design Agency
Looking for a highly experienced Meta/Facebook Ads expert who can begin immediately to launch and manage branding campaigns for our creative agency. The role involves creating engaging ads, launching campaigns, and booking discovery calls.
This is not a future project or a “next week” engagement. We need someone who can step in right now, create immediately, audit quickly, begin testing campaigns within days, not weeks and have client discovery calls booked for us within a week. This role is for selling brand packages for startups &/or rebrands/refreshes.
You’ll Be Doing:
• Collaborate with our Creative Director to guide ad creative direction and provide performance-driven briefs (he will execute based on your requirements but you must also have AI and fast tool knowledge to assist as we are hiring you to be our ad expert.)
• Launch Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns immediately after
• Test multiple ad angles, hooks, and audiences
• Set up and manage A/B testing properly
• Optimize campaigns daily or near-daily
• Work with existing landing pages and suggest improvements if needed
• Focus on leads, signups, and cost efficiency
• Must have retargeting campaign.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience running Facebook Ads for package based services in relative industry.
• Comfortable leading and taking initiative on behalf of us in a marketing capacity.
• Someone who can move fast and does not over-plan
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Clear communication and quick turnaround
• Ability to start immediately once hired
