We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a full-time remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, managing, and updating data related to Facebook campaigns, user insights, and performance metrics. Your work will be crucial in helping us maintain accurate and organized data, ensuring smooth operations for our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data for Facebook ad campaigns and user activities.

  • Organize and categorize large volumes of information.

  • Assist in preparing reports based on data analysis.

  • Ensure all data is consistently formatted and error-free.

  • Support the marketing team with data collection and entry tasks.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data is aligned with business goals.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred but not required).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is a plus.

  • Comfortable using Facebook and related social media platforms.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Facebook Ads Manager or other social media platforms is a plus.

  • Familiarity with basic data analysis techniques.

  • Ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
