WHAT WE NEED:

• Complete Facebook & Google Ads setup and management

• Creative ad development (images, copy, video editing)

• Conversion tracking setup (Facebook Pixel, GA4)

• Weekly optimization and reporting

• Monthly strategy calls

OUR PRODUCT:

• Target: Seniors 65+ (users) + Adult children 35-55 (buyers)

• Pricing: $11.99/month Basic, $16.99/month Family

• Free 14-day trial

• iOS + Android + Web

OUR GOALS:

• Month 1: 100 trial signups, $35 CAC

• Month 2: 150 trial signups, $30 CAC

• Month 3: 225 trial signups, $25 CAC

• 40% trial-to-paid conversion target

AD SPEND BUDGET:

• Month 1: $3,500

• Month 2: $4,000

• Month 3: $5,000

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ 5+ years Facebook & Google Ads experience

✅ Healthcare or senior demographic experience strongly preferred

✅ Mobile app launch experience

✅ Strong portfolio with performance metrics (CAC, conversion rates)

✅ US-based preferred (timezone alignment)

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Available to start by July 15, 2026
