?? Facebook Comment Moderator ? Bilingual (FR/EN) ? 4 Daily Rounds, 1h20 Total (Part-Time) - Contract to Hire
We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Facebook Comment Moderator to manage and maintain the reputation of our e-commerce brands across multiple pages and ads. Your role will be to monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, ensuring that negative feedback is handled promptly and customer inquiries are answered effectively.
This is a part-time, structured role requiring 4 short rounds per day (20 minutes each), totaling approximately 1h20 per day. We are only looking for A-players who can follow instructions carefully and execute with precision.
Responsibilities:
? Monitor & Moderate: Check comments on our Facebook pages and ads.
? Delete/Hide: Remove inappropriate or negative comments that could harm brand reputation.
? Engage & Respond: Reply to common customer questions using provided templates.
? Escalate Issues: Flag and report important customer concerns or recurring problems.
Schedule (France Time Zone - CET/CEST):
You will be required to do 4 rounds per day at the following times:
? 9 AM
? 3 PM
? 8 PM
? 12 AM
Each round will take approximately 20-30 minutes, meaning your total working time per day is 2h00 max.
Requirements:
?? Bilingual: Must be fluent in French & English (written).
?? Experience in social media moderation, customer service, or community management.
?? Availability to stick to the fixed moderation schedule without exceptions.
?? Ability to work independently, be proactive, and stay highly responsive.
?? Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager or moderation tools is a big plus.
Payment & Contract Type:
?? Part-time / Flexible contract (Paid per hour or monthly retainer).
?? Rate to be discussed based on experience.
?? Remote work ? You can work from anywhere, as long as you can follow the scheduled rounds.
