Facebook Ads Specialist Needed – Campaign Setup & Management We're looking for a detail-oriented Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist to set up and manage paid advertising campaigns for our agency's clients. What You'll Be Doing: - Setting up Facebook/Meta ad campaigns from scratch (campaign structure, audiences, creatives, budgets) - Creating Facebook Lead Forms within Ads Manager - Connecting lead forms to CRM/email tools via Zapier / Make / N8N - Creating ad creatives using ChatGPT image generation, Gemini, MidJourney and Canva - Monitoring campaign performance and making adjustments as needed - Managing ad spend budgets (potentially thousands of dollars monthly — accuracy and attention to detail is critical) - Potentially launching campaigns on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Reddit as needs grow (Meta is the primary focus) What We Provide: - Full training via Loom video walkthroughs - Step-by-step custom GPT assistant to guide you through every task - Clear direction on targeting, messaging, and creative strategy What You Bring: - Proven experience running Facebook/Meta ad campaigns (please share examples or metrics) - Familiarity with Facebook Lead Forms and Ads Manager - Abilty to scale working META ad campaigns while maintaining results - Experience with Zapier (connecting forms, automations, etc.) - Comfortable using Canva and AI image generation tools - Strong attention to detail — you'll be managing real ad budgets and accuracy matters - Reliable communication and ability to follow documented processes - Ability to zoom with agency c-suite and possibly agency clients - Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, or Reddit Ads Details: - Ongoing/contract role - Hours will vary based on campaign needs - Must be comfortable working from SOPs and training materials If you're someone who can follow a system, execute with precision, and has real Meta Ads experience, we'd love to hear from you.
