Facebook ad specialist needed for digital product launch - Contract to Hire

I have a Facebook Ads Sales campaign currently live, promoting a $37 virtual gardening workshop (first date January 10th). I need an experienced Facebook Ads specialist to review my current setup, provide recommendations, and then implement those recommendations by building a new optimized campaign from scratch. Marketing isn't my forte, and I don't think my campaign is going to convert. WHAT I NEED -Review my existing campaign -Provide professional recommendations on the best approach -Build a new campaign from scratch or modify the existing one based on your recommendations -Set up multiple ad variations for testing -Provide a brief walkthrough showing me how to monitor performance -Review my landing page and suggest improvements for better conversion -Monitor campaign performance for the first week (or longer as agreed) and make optimization adjustments as needed WHAT I HAVE READY -Multiple image sets for testing -Video footage (optional - advise if it's worth using) -Ad copy (can be revised if needed) -Landing page with sales page copy NOTE ON VIDEO I have some video footage but I absolutely do not want to appear in any videos.
