British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Officer


Your key responsibilities will include:

Acting as the main point of contact for external partners, leading commercial discussions and negotiations
Analysing, reporting, and interpreting store-specific data to drive business growth
Building, strengthening, and maintaining strong business partnerships with retailers
Educating retailers responsibly on product and category knowledge, as well as trading terms
Ensuring effective execution of strategies and campaigns across your assigned territory
Meeting and exceeding agreed performance targets
Continuously developing your skills to adapt to industry changes and regulatory requirements

What are we looking for?

A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or a related field); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
A customer-focused mindset with a solutions-driven approach
Strong selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
The ability to work independently, take ownership, and stay results-oriented
A proven track record of building strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders
Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills
A willingness to take on stretch challenges and deliver within deadlines
Openness to thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment
Hands-on experience in sales and achieving sales targets
