ExpertVoice is looking for an Expert Success Representative/Customer Service Representative to join our growing Expert Success Team. The Ideal candidates will have a strong background and understanding of customer support and service with a technical product and possess a "How can I help you attitude?" Are you driven and want to make a difference? Do you enjoy delighting customers and going above and beyond in your position-if the answer is yes then this position is for you!
• This position is full-time remote, requiring 40 hrs a week.
• Operating hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm MST, schedules will include weekend hours.
• The pay rate is $20/hr.

Responsibilities
• Provide best in class support, resolving any issues our experts might face with enthusiasm and efficiency.
• Help experts understand the features and benefits of ExpertVoice, enhancing their ability to make informed recommendations.
• Collect and report feedback from experts to continuously improve our offerings and their experience.
• Effectively communicate via telephone, live chat and email to educate Experts about products and services.
• Ensure Expert satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns or needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of experts, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
• Facilitate and grow new Expert sign-up.
• Administer internal support tools and development projects.
• Serve as the voice of the experts within the organization, advocating for changes that enhance their experience and engagement.

Minimum Qualifications
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to type 65 wpm plus.
• Creative problem solver.
• Strong interest in working in a creative, fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong internet skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multitask.

Ideal Candidate Will Have
• 2-3 years customer service and support work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing
