As a member of our team, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that fosters growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Job Summary** We're seeking an Expert Customer Care Operations Specialist to join our new business strategy team, which is focused on advancing the implementation of arenaflex's Lean methodology within the CC&S and larger Customer Experience organizations. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for conducting trend analysis on key performance indicator (KPI) metrics, developing recommendations and presentation materials, and preparing metric owners to report findings at weekly and monthly operating reviews.
