Expert Client Analyst
We are looking for an Expert Client Analyst to support our client service teams in France by delivering advanced data analyses, high-quality insights, and professionally structured presentations. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with a Team Leader and Senior Manager, contributing directly to the design and delivery of impactful client analyses, reports, and dashboards.
Your Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead complex data extractions using our internal tools, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency across datasets.
ā¢ Perform advanced analytical work (comparisons, trends, segmentations, deep dives) to support client deliverables.
ā¢ Transform analytical outputs into impactful presentations, with strong structuring and visualization in PowerPoint.
ā¢ Identify, retrieve, and reconcile data across multiple databases to build robust datasets, using Power BI.
ā¢ Produce, enhance, and maintain client reports, dashboards, and homepage summaries.
ā¢ Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of data integrity, visual clarity, and client-readiness.
